Is Bakwa really free?
Yes. Free Forever gives you unlimited numbers on one PC with the inbox, campaigns, quick replies, auto reply, reports and an API tier — no card needed. Paid plans add backup, team logins and more API volume.
What's the difference between the plans?
Free Forever runs on one PC with unlimited numbers. Growth ($4.99/mo) adds local backup and 4 numbers. Business ($11.99/mo) adds up to 4 PCs, team logins, online backup and 8 numbers. Enterprise ($5.99 per number) runs on our servers, so you don't keep a PC on, with unlimited API.
Do I need to keep my PC on?
For Free, Growth and Business the app runs on your own PC, so it needs to be on to send and receive. Enterprise runs on our servers instead, so nothing of yours has to stay on.
Can my team reply from their phones?
On the Business plan you add team logins and they sign in at app.bakwa.online from any phone or browser while your PC is on.
How does backup work?
Growth keeps a local encrypted backup in your own folder or drive and restores on a new PC. Business keeps an online encrypted backup (20 GB) and lets numbers move between your PCs automatically.
Can I use more than one PC?
Yes, on Business you can run up to 4 PC apps and your numbers divide across whichever PCs are online.
What are the API limits?
Free and Growth include 1,000 requests plus 50 OTP verifications a month. Business allows 5,000 messages a day. Enterprise is unlimited, with safe pacing always on.
How do I pay?
PayPal only — monthly or yearly, where yearly is priced at 10 months. Paid plans start with a 7-day trial.
Is bulk messaging safe for my number?
Bakwa enforces warm-up, number roles, daily caps, human pacing and a health score to lower the risk of restriction. No tool can remove the risk entirely; for very high volume the platform's official business API is the only fully safe route.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling keeps your features until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can restore the subscription any time before it ends.
