Understand Reports & Campaign Performance
Guide · 6 min read
Reports answer one question: is the effort turning into conversations and orders? Here's how to read each block.
The six tiles
Messages sent · Delivered (should be 95%+; lower means bad numbers in your lists) · Read · Replied (3–5% on cold lists is normal, 20%+ on warm customers) · New contacts · Average first reply time (your team's speed; under 5 minutes in business hours is excellent).
Messages over time
Stacked bars of sent / delivered / replied per day. A growing gap between sent and delivered means a number needs rest or the list needs cleaning.
Message status donut
Read, delivered-not-read, sent-not-delivered, failed. Failed above 2%? Run the number check on that list again.
Number health & reply rate
Each number gets a 0–100 health score from delivery rate, reply rate, failed sends and STOPs. Below 40 campaigns pause on that number; below 20 only OTPs and replies go out. A number with a high reply rate is your best marketing number — give it the next campaign.
Best time to send
A heat map of replies by weekday and hour. Most trade customers reply mid-morning and late afternoon; schedule campaigns into the dark cells.
Campaign & team performance
Per campaign: audience, delivered %, read %, replied %, and orders within 7 days from people who replied. Per operator: chats handled, first-reply time, chats done. Export anything to Excel with one click.
Three actions to take every week
- Rest or re-warm any number under 60.
- Re-send the best-performing message version to people who read but didn't reply (after 7 days).
- Fix the "not reachable" list — wrong numbers cost you orders.
